The mixer has a maximum dough capacity of 200 kg and a minimum of 50 kg. It is equipped with a spiral motor of 25 kW, a trough motor of 1.1 kW, and a hydraulic motor of 1.1 kW. It incorporates a hydraulic lowering and lifting system for the head, trough locking by hydraulic clamps, and positive rotation via pinion in ertalon polyamide.
 

It features a stainless steel tool with a speed of 105/210 r.p.m., a stainless steel trough with a cart, safety cover, and PT100 temperature probe.
 

The lot includes three bowls of 340 liters, made of stainless steel AISI 304L, each with a drainage plug and mounted on carts with wheels.
