The lots require the payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot's sheet.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging to the following categories: outsourcers and traders in the sector, will be admitted to participate in the auction. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the business registration to: info@gobid.it
The lots in auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the highest bids received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the clients.
THE BIDS MADE ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE REVOKED, IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
