Lot of vehicles in disuse and state of abandonment. Removal: the handling of the goods remains the responsibility of the successful bidder and must take place in compliance with safety regulations. The successful bidder is also responsible for the handling of goods not included in the lot, if they obstruct access for collection. Safeguard clause: The sale is to be considered as a whole and not by measure. Viewing is recommended. The goods are sold with the 'as seen and approved' clause; any discrepancies, damages, documentation and/or other disputes due to the quality of the goods cannot be contested.
