Removal: the handling of the goods remains the responsibility of the winning bidder and must be carried out in compliance with safety regulations. The handling of goods not included in the lot is also the responsibility of the winning bidder, should they obstruct access for collection. Safeguard clause: The sale is intended as a block and not by measure. Viewing is recommended. The goods are sold with the "as seen and approved" clause; any discrepancies, damages, documentation and/or other disputes due to the quality of the goods cannot be contested.
