NOTICE

 

on 21 February 2023 at 16:00 the synchronous online sale will take place via the portal (https://venditeprivate.fallcoaste.it) of the business unit for the production of electricity from wind sources described below. Bids must be submitted exclusively electronically by 12.00 on the day before the auction.

 

Company branch consisting of:

 

1 - a plant for the production of electricity from wind power located in the municipality of Guardia dei Lombardi (Av) in Località Piani

 

2 - a plant for the production of electricity from wind power located in the municipality of Bisaccia (Av) in Località Cresciuto

 

Price and Deposit:

 

The basi price is 1,960,000.00 euros. The price offered cannot be lower than the base price. The minimum raises must be €20,000.00.

The deposit for an amount not less than 10% (ten percent) of the offered price must be paid, within the fifth day before the tender, by bank transfer to the current account held by Arena Energia srl in liquidation with the following IBAN: IT_51_P_05387_15100_00000_2468087 – BPER SPA Avellino agency. The transfer of the deposit must bear the reason: Asta Arena Energia srl.
