The assets covered by this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The successful bidder may choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The successful bidder may independently handle the moving and loading of the awarded goods using their own equipment, under their sole responsibility, only after providing all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents can be consulted in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder must pay directly to the aforementioned Company an amount equal to Euro 30.00 (thirty/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, necessary to complete the collection operations (decanting/moving/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed Company at the time of collection, and remains entirely at the Successful Bidder's expense.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. acts exclusively as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the active estate of the Procedure, and therefore remains unrelated to any storage and/or handling activity of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party Company.
