The items in this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The winning bidder can choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The winning bidder can independently arrange the handling and loading of the awarded items with their own means, under their own exclusive responsibility, only after presenting all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents is available in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the winning bidder must pay directly to the aforementioned Company an amount equal to EUR 30.00 (thirty/00), plus VAT for each hour or fraction thereof, required to complete the collection operations (transfer/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time taken, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed Company at the time of collection, and will be entirely borne by the winning bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates solely as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets belonging to the active mass of the Procedure, thus remaining unrelated to any custody and/or handling of the assets and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times, and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party Company.
