The undersigned lawyer Vincenza de Gioia with an office in Molfetta at via Pietro Colletta no. 16, professional delegated to the sale operations pursuant to art. 591 bis c.p.c. by the Judge of Execution of the Court of Trani Dr. Diletta Calò, by virtue of the delegated sale order of 08.04.2025 issued in the context of the real estate enforcement procedure no. 152/2024 R.G.E. Court of Trani

ADVISES

that on 31.07.2025 at 11:00 AM the sale without auction of the properties related to the judgment mentioned above will take place, in accordance with the procedural forms, through the methods of "synchronous or telematic sale" as per art. 21 D.M. February 26, 2015 no. 32 which provides for the submission of offers, exclusively online after accessing and registering on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and/or through the public sales portal of the Ministry of Justice.

Full ownership for the share of 1/1 of rustic land located in the territory of Ruvo di Puglia (BA) identified in the NCT of the Municipality of Ruvo di Puglia at fg. 13 p.lla 34, quality olive grove class 3° land registry area 2,794 sqm, dominical income 10.82, agricultural income € 8.66.
The agricultural land has an almost irregular polygonal shape. It is about 100 meters from S.P. 56 (Molfetta - Ruvo di Puglia) from which access is allowed after traveling a dirt road serving other properties as well. It is cultivated with olive trees of the "Coratina" variety without an irrigation system. There are adult olive trees as well as numerous young trees recently planted. The sale is not subject to VAT.

OCCUPATIONAL STATUS
The property is occupied and in the full possession of the debtor executed.

The asset was acquired by the debtor executed, pursuant to the deed of sale of 29.04.2019 before Dr. Giovanna Adriana de Gioia Notary registered with the Notary College of the District of Trani, in Bisceglie, register 264, collection no. 199, registered in Trani on 14.05.2019 at no. 1632 series 1T, and recorded in Trani on 14.05.2019 at R.G. 10393 and R.P?. 7874.
