Lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot details.
Only legal entities with a VAT number that qualify as companies and/or professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and belong exclusively to the following categories will be admitted to participate in the auction: Manufacturers, body repair shops and vehicle dismantlers, and approved outsourcing providers. To participate in the auction, legal entities must also send an up-to-date copy of their company registration certificate to: [email protected]
Lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, the highest bids received below the reserve price will be subject to approval by the sellers.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE REVOKED, THE LOT WILL BE AWARDED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.

Lots are sold as seen and approved, in their current condition. Inspection is strongly recommended.
The inspection date will be arranged by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and will be communicated by email.
