Business Unit - Waste Transport Sector

Transfer of company having as its object the collection, transport, recovery and intermediation of waste of various types, such as special, toxic, harmful and/or dangerous waste and consultancy on the matter, including the separate collection of the same, as well as the cleaning of public areas (ATECO CODE 38.32)
It should be noted immediately that the aforementioned company does not currently have the necessary authorizations to carry out transport activities.

Company Lease - Waste Transport Sector

Company rental; single lot consisting of the value of the monthly rent of € 5250 plus VAT (base price), where the workforce of nine units is included, through the completion of the formal competitive procedures required by law.

In any case, priority will be given to the offers collected on the sale of the company (lot 1) compared to those found on the rental of the company

Auction fees (Buyer's Premium) equal to two months' rent (plus VAT) will be applied to the successful tenderer, calculated on the annual fee resulting from the award at the end of the evaluation of the offers or the outcome of any tender.

The disposal of any residual waste, present in the company at the time of taking possession, will be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder / tenat.
