SALE NOTICE
The Official Receiver, following the provision of the Court of Vicenza dated 08.10.22, invites any interested parties to formulate a "competing" proposal for a bankruptcy arrangement pursuant to articles 124 and subsequent amendments LF extension.
In particular, the Curator communicates that on 12.07.22 a bankruptcy arrangement proposal was presented which provides for the maximum contribution to be paid by the underwriter of €.1,150,000.00 guaranteed by a first demand bank guarantee with full payment of said amount within 60 days from the final approval of the composition proposal.
The bankrupt is the owner of a business complex consisting of a waste water discharge license estimated at €1,040,000 and an unsafe building estimated at €84,000.
Any proposals must be presented no later than the peremptory deadline of 45 days from the date of publication of this document, with the specification that proposals received after this deadline will not be examined.
