The sale will take place by applying alternatively or the "single sale of four independent lots"
(PART A - LOTS 1-4) or the "unitary transfer of the company" (PART B - LOT 5).
 
It is specified as:
 
• If in the "tenders" one and / or more offers for the "unitary transfer of the company (PART B-LOT 5)" are presented but no offer is submitted for any of the "four autonomous lots (PART A)", the sale will have as its object exclusively the "unitary transfer of the company (PART B)";
 
• If in the "tenders" no offer is presented for the "unitary transfer of the company (PART B-LOT 5)" but one and / or more offers are submitted for one and / or more of the "four autonomous lots (PART A) ", the sale will have as its object the single sale of the" autonomous lots (PART A) "for which the offer was presented;
 
• If one and / or more offers for the "unitary transfer of the company (PART B)" are presented in the "tenders" and one and / or more offers are submitted for one and / or more of the "four autonomous lots (PART A) ”, the sales tender will take place both for each single autonomous lot and for the unitary sale of the company. However, since the individual "autonomous lots" are also included in the single lot of the "unitary business transfer", the latter assignment will prevail except in the case in which the award price of one or more "autonomous lots" increased by 50% of the value of the other "autonomous lots" for which no offer has been submitted is higher than the award price of the "unitary sale of the company": in this case the individual "autonomous lots" for which an offer has been filed rather than the single company will be awarded .
