Preventive Agreement 83/2023 - Court of Ragusa

The company mainly provides services for the conception, design, setup, and renovation of properties, creating setups that include all work, supplies, and equipment necessary for the definitive functionality of immediately usable real estate units (ATECO Code – 71.12.1). The company also has a second ATECO Code, 43.39.01, which refers to non-specialized construction work activities.

The lease contract will have a duration of three years, starting from the date of signing the contract.

The fee is set at €. 60,000.00 (sixty thousand/00) annually, plus legal VAT, and is determined based on the valuation of the business assets, to be paid in monthly installments in advance of €5,000.00 (five thousand/00) plus VAT, plus an adjustment of 75% of the ISTAT index of consumer prices for workers' and employees' families recorded in the previous year.

Interested parties are therefore invited to submit by no later than 12:00 PM on 14/11/2025, to the undersigned Judicial Commissioner, via certified email at the address rgrdpacciipu83-12023@procedurepec.com
