The proceedings are not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be payable by buyers within the EU.

The lots are sold as seen and approved, in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments required to bring the goods into compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning accident prevention and safety, as well as ecological and environmental protection and, more generally, current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear all related costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any equipment that does not comply with current regulations, if included in the inventory, shall be considered to be sold solely as scrap, and the receivership shall bear no liability should the transferee use such equipment. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is required, at their own exclusive expense and risk, either to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
