The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations, and in particular to those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate excluded in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is required to proceed, at their exclusive care, cost and risk, with bringing them into compliance or, if this is not possible, with their disposal in accordance with the law.
