The lots are sold as seen and liked, in their current condition. An inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations, and in particular to those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to applicable regulations, will be the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear any related costs, with the transferor being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any equipment not compliant with current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered the object of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship bearing no liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any assets that do not comply with safety regulations and lack CE marking, the successful bidder is required, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
