Any adaptations of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as being sold solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
