Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expense with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the hypothesis of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the awardee is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, burden, and risk, to bring them up to standard or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
