For sale, machinery and equipment for the processing and production of ceramics

The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Inspection is recommended.

Any adaptation of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear any related costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets that do not comply with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered as being sold solely as "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Insolvency Office in the event of use of such assets by the buyer. In particular, for any assets that do not comply with safety regulations and lack CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, cost and risk, with bringing them into compliance or, if this is not possible, with their disposal in accordance with the law.
