The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense thereof, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate excluded in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at its sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
