By accepting these conditions, in the event of award the user undertakes to perform the above operations with the utmost diligence, in compliance with the applicable regulations on safety, and to leave the areas affected by the collection in safe conditions and free of objects and waste materials. In carrying out the above activities, the successful bidder, together with any of their delegates, shall be deemed responsible for any damage caused to persons, property or structures.
