NOTICE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND
It is hereby announced that an irrevocable offer has been submitted for the purchase of:

Condition of the assets: free.
Irrevocable offer: € 100,000.00 plus VAT if due.
Expressions of interest with irrevocable upward offers must be sent via P.E.C. [email protected] to the Judicial Commissioner from December 18, 2024, at 12:00 to January 31, 2024, at 12:00.
If improved expressions of interest are received compared to the above irrevocable offer, the Court or the Delegated Judge will order a competitive sale auction on the portal www.gobidreal.it, with a commission charged to the successful bidders equal to 5% + VAT to be calculated on the final award value.
The sale is arranged as a whole and not by measure, therefore, any differences in measurement will not give rise to any compensation, indemnity, or price reduction; furthermore, it is arranged in the actual and legal state in which the above-mentioned lands are currently located, with the successful bidder bearing any potential liability and obligation. The sale must be considered forced and therefore not subject to the rules concerning warranty for defects or lack of quality, nor can it be revoked for any reason: the existence of any defects, lack of quality, or discrepancies in the sold item, charges of any kind for any reason not considered, even if hidden and not highlighted, will not give rise to any compensation, indemnity, or price reduction.
Interested parties are invited to contact the Judicial Commissioner for information about the assets and to view the appraisal report, as participation in the auction implies that the bidder waives any recourse against the bankruptcy procedure.
