Lease of a company engaged in the retail trade of automotive fuel.

Auction base price is equal to annual rent.

In particular, the business unit consists of the following assets:

- The company know-how, the sign and any other brand or sign recognizable today,
created or otherwise owned by the grantor;
- Goodwill;
- Tangible and intangible fixed assets and, more generally, all assets, meaning the machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture and systems listed in the inventory list held by the Curator;
- The authorizations issued by the competent authorities for the performance of the business unit offered for rent.

The following are strictly excluded from the rental of the business unit:

- All debts and credits of any kind and nature, which remain payable and in favor of the grantor respectively;
- Contingent liabilities of any kind and nature, the charges, commitments and responsibilities that
they draw their cause from facts or acts that occurred or carried out before the start of the rental;
- All tangible and intangible assets not expressly included in the attached inventory, including inventory inventories existing at the effective date of the lease.
