INVITATION TO MAKE IMPROVED OFFERS

 

The Curator invites you to make irrevocable improvement offers for the purchase of the following movable assets in a single lot:

 

- IT furniture and machinery;

- construction equipment for construction sites;

- n. 1 OM brand forklift;

- n. 1 Renault-kangoo vehicle tg. DL481MX;

- n. 3 residential units at the company Carpineto Srl in via gobbetti 30 Pieve Emanuele (MI);

- n. 1 crane brand FM model 1255 at the Municipality of Motta Visconti in Via Rodari snc;

- n. 1 Raimondi MR 81 + 3 crane taken by the Municipality of Castelcovati (NS) in via Comezzano snc;

- other construction equipment found at a construction site in the municipality of Cormano (MI).

base price of € 15,000.00. = over VAT

 

Offers are expected no later than 1.00 pm on 18 November 2021 which must be sent to the office of the Official Receiver Dr. Fabio Pettinato in Milan - Galleria Sala dei Longobardi, 2 to the certified mail address f94.2017milano@pecfallimenti.it with the attachment of the proof of the deposit of 10% of the offered price.

 

It should also be noted that in the presence of offers for improvements, the trustee will proceed to carry out competitive procedures on November 19, 2021 at 3.00 pm, upon which he will submit an application for authorization for the transfer in accordance with the bankruptcy law.

 

The lot is sold in its current state, without guarantees from the procedure and with tax and take-away and transport charges to be paid by the bidder.
