The lots are sold as seen and liked, in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any modifications required to bring the goods into compliance with all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any related expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered sold solely as goods "for scrapping", with any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate for any use of them by the transferee excluded. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is required to arrange, at its sole care, cost and risk, for their compliance, or, if this is not possible, for their disposal in accordance with the law.
