The goods covered by this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company, appointed for storage and handling.

At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder shall pay directly to the aforementioned company an amount equal to Euro 25.00 (twenty-five/00), + VAT for each hour, or portion thereof, required to complete the collection operations (decanting/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined on the basis of the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and remains entirely borne by the Successful Bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. acts exclusively as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the Procedure’s active estate, and therefore remains extraneous to any storage and/or handling activity of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
