The goods covered by this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company, appointed for custody and handling.

At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder shall pay directly to the aforesaid company an amount equal to Euro 25.00 (twenty-five/00), plus VAT, for each hour, or fraction thereof, required to complete the collection operations (transfer/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined on the basis of the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and remains entirely at the Successful Bidder’s expense.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. acts solely as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the procedure’s active estate, and therefore remains unrelated to any custody and/or handling activities of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating procedures, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
