The goods covered by this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company, entrusted with storage and handling.

At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder shall pay directly to said company an amount equal to EUR 25.00 (twenty-five/00), plus VAT, for each hour, or fraction thereof, necessary to complete the collection operations (decanting/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined on the basis of the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and shall remain entirely at the Successful Bidder’s expense.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates exclusively as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the Procedure’s active estate, and therefore remains unrelated to any storage and/or handling activity of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, timeframes and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
