The goods included in this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company in charge of storage and handling.

At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder shall pay directly to the aforementioned company an amount of EUR 25.00 (twenty-five/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, required to complete the collection operations (transfer/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and remains entirely borne by the Successful Bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. acts exclusively as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the Procedure’s active estate and therefore remains unrelated to any storage and/or handling activities of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, timeframes and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
