The assets included in this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company, appointed for custody and handling.

At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder shall pay directly to the aforementioned company an amount equal to Euro 25.00 (twenty-five/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, necessary to complete the collection operations (decanting/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined on the basis of the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and shall be borne entirely by the Successful Bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. acts exclusively as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the Procedure’s active estate, and therefore remains unrelated to any custody and/or handling activities of the assets and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
