The lots require the payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories will be admitted to participate in the auction: Car Repairers, Authorized Outsourcers, Scrap Dealers, and Manufacturers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the company registration report to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL PURCHASE COMMITMENT. IF THE AWARD TO THE BEST BIDDER SHOULD LAPSE, IT WILL BE ATTRIBUTED WITHOUT DELAY TO THE NEXT BEST BIDDER.
