The lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualified as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories will be allowed to participate in the auction: Body shops, Contracted Outsourcers, Scrappers, and Manufacturers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration to: [email protected]
The lots in auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the clients.
THE BIDS MADE ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE BEST BIDDER SHOULD LAPSE, IT WILL BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.

The inspection date will be established by Gobid in agreement with the depositary and will be communicated via email.
