The land for auction is located near the industrial/craft area of the Municipality of Povegliano Veronese.
It has an area of 14,697 sqm.
Currently uncultivated, there are small structures present.
According to the PRG, the land falls into:
- area subject to third-class seismic constraint (art. 5 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
-  "Priority areas for soil protection" — PAQE (art. 8 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- "Recharge area for aquifers" —- PAQE (art. 9 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- area subject to airport safety buffer zone (art. 16 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- Area suitable under Type 1 conditions (art. 41 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
- within the A.T.O. (Homogeneous Territorial Area) no. 2 "Settlement System — Madonna dell’Uva Secca" (art. 59 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
The parcels no. 182 — 230 — 236 also partially fall within the "Buffer Zones" (art. 99 N.T. of the P.A.T.);
Parcel no. 230 - also partially falls within the safety buffer zone from extraction wells for drinking water use (art. 24 N.T. of the P.A.T.)
Parcel no. 236 - completely falls within the safety buffer zone from extraction wells for drinking water use (art. 24 N.T. of the P.A.T.)

For all parcels, a NEW ROAD NETWORK is partially planned — falling under art. 83 of the N.T. of the P.A.T — Major road infrastructures f4 — Main distribution axes of the project;
