Sale modality: Collection of offers
SUBJECT OF THE SALE
Offers are being collected for the disposal of the assets from an industrial plant located in Mérida (Badajoz), specialized in the manufacture and assembly of wooden and cardboard boxes and packaging intended for the fruit and vegetable sector. The set of marketed assets includes the operating equipment of the facility, among which the following stand out:
- Industrial machinery, consisting of an automated assembly, bottoming and slatting line and in-plant logistics equipment.
- Technical systems for extraction, fire protection, quality improvement (machine vision) and compressed air.
- A transport fleet (truck and support vehicle).
- Inventory of stock (raw materials and finished fruit boxes).
- Furniture, IT equipment and management, monitoring and industrial traceability software.
Note: the building is not part of the assets, as it is a warehouse under a lease regime.

Deadline for receipt of offers
The maximum deadline for receipt of offers ends on 16 July 2026, at 23:59 (included).
Award conditions
- Offers may be submitted both for individual items and for lots, and awards will be made as detailed in the «Order - liquidation rules».
- The assets will be awarded to the bidder provided that theirs is the only offer submitted and that it is equal to or greater than 75% of the inventory value.
- If there is a single offer below 75%, or if several offers are submitted, the insolvency administration will call an online auction among bidders and other interested third parties, under the following conditions:
- The auction will be held through the GOBID platform and will last 15 days.
- The amount of the best offer received in the preliminary phase will be considered the minimum auction starting price.
- The award will be made to the highest bidder, provided that the best bid at auction is equal to or greater than 50% of the inventory value indicated in the lot sheet and in the inventory annexed to the sale.
