The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, and in particular to prevention, safety regulations, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear any costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of sale solely as goods to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any liability of the Receivership for the hypothesis of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not conforming to safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at its own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance, or, if not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
