A residual total quantity of approximately 2,438 liters is assumed.

Stock of Agricultural Diesel - The award will be calculated on the basis of the best price reached per 100 liters starting from the base price of  € 65.00 per 100 liters to be multiplied by the assumed approx. 2,438 liters. As volumetric analysis, weighing or prior estimate is not possible, the value will be updated at final accounting based on the actual quantity collected.

In the event the lot is awarded, the amount due as the award price will be calculated on the basis of the best price reached per centiliter starting from the value indicated as the starting price. Therefore, the award price to be paid will be calculated following the actual volume and weight of the awarded lot. For this purpose, the (provisional) successful bidder will be invited to go to a facility indicated by the procedure bodies, on a date and time that will be communicated approximately, in order to carry out, in the presence of both parties, the volumetric analysis and weighing operations of the quantity actually present.
