Any modifications required to bring the assets into compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning accident prevention and safety, as well as ecological and environmental protection and, more generally, all applicable regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear all related costs, with the transferor being released from any liability in this regard. Any equipment that does not comply with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered sold solely as scrap, and the Insolvency Administrator shall bear no liability should the purchaser use such equipment. In particular, for any assets that do not comply with safety regulations or lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is required, at their sole expense and risk, either to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

Bids may also be submitted for the Complete Lot (Lot 0), which includes all the lots in the auction.
