The intended use has not yet been defined, with external appurtenances consisting of green areas and a roof terrace, and parking spaces in the basement accessible via a condominium ramp and a pedestrian passage for condominium use.

The real estate unit, with a main reinforced concrete structure, is divided into several rooms by lightweight clay block walls.
