It is noted that, in the event of consent from Banca Privata Leasing S.p.A., the buyer will have the right to take over the leasing contract stipulated by the bankrupt company on 20/07/2016 and that, in the event that the Banca Privata Leasing S.p.A. instead expressing its refusal to take over the purchaser, the purchaser himself will have the obligation to terminate the leasing contract early and to redeem the immovable property upon payment of the residual debt on the date of completion of the sale.
