The land in question, currently uncultivated and with sloping position, falls entirely within the buffer zone referred to in art. 50 of the N.T.A.
In the PRG adopted with the C.C. n. 05 of 26/01/2018 the land falls into sub-area "E1 - Agricultural area with sparse urbanization".
At present, the "safeguard measures" procedure referred to in art. 12 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 as implemented by L.R. 16/2016.
