Engraving depicts the time of the final tercio or "moment of truth": the matador remains alone in the arena,
although, at the price of dishonor, it may still require the intervention of Banderilleros. Therefore it congratulates
Alcalde (Mayor) and asks him license brindar, or to dedicate the bull to the chosen, which is indicated
through gesture to throw the montera (hat).
