The Mappale 320 consists of two subordinates: the # 1 which identifies the villa, and the # 2 that identifies an artifact to a plan that can be used as storage or garage.
The villa, of rectangular shape, consists of: a basement without permanence of people used as a cellar and local evacuation, and a ground floor intended for residential purposes.
The ground floor has the structure of the roof beams and the local has a height ranging from a minimum of approximately 2.70 meters (edge ​​beam) to a maximum of approximately 3.90 meters (ridge beam).
The roof is wooden, two-pitched roof with roof tiles and roofing, protruding from the perimeter of the house to cover the pavement width of one meter on three sides and three meters deep on
