The Mappale 320 consists of two subordinates: the # 1 which identifies the villa, and the # 2 that identifies an artifact to a plan that can be used as storage or garage.
The villa, of rectangular shape, consists of: a basement without permanence of people used as a cellar and local evacuation, and a ground floor intended for residential purposes.
The ground floor has the structure of the roof beams and the local has a height ranging from a minimum of approximately 2.70 meters (edge beam) to a maximum of approximately 3.90 meters (ridge beam).
The roof is wooden, two-pitched roof with roof tiles and roofing, protruding from the perimeter of the house to cover the pavement width of one meter on three sides and three meters deep on
main facade to form a porch.
the walls are brick blocks with thermal insulation inside; the perforated patterns of the windows and doors of access is free of trout with the landlines.
The structural system consists of seven-bearing approx the basement and beams - pillars c.c.a. on the ground floor, the insole between the basement and the ground floor is cement mix with pots and joists; the date of the inspection solidity is good and there were no signs that may indicate problems in the stability of the building.
