Judical Clearance n. 9/2022 - Cagliari Law Court
The undersigned Dr. Giulio Vargiolu, in his capacity as Curator of the Judicial Liquidation 9/2022 Court of Cagliari, invites all interested parties to formulate and present purchase offers for movable assets, aimed at activating the competitive sale of the property compendium of the aforementioned procedure.
The movable assets covered by this notice, located at the headquarters in the municipality of Villasor (Su), have been divided into the following lots, indicating the minimum offer price, by homogeneous categories:
LOT 1:
SPARE PARTS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES - SHELVING - MINIMUM OFFER € 10,000.00 plus legal charges
LOT 2:
OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT - MINIMUM OFFER € 1,000.00 plus legal charges
LOT 3:
CITROEN JUMPY VAN - YEAR 2004 - MINIMUM OFFER € 800.00 plus legal charges
PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING PURCHASE OFFERS
Subjects registered in the Company Register, professionals and private individuals can submit purchase offers, in compliance with the minimum amount.
Those who, on the date of submission of the same, are in a state of liquidation or are subject to bankruptcy proceedings or any other procedure that denotes a state of insolvency and/or crisis or who have ceased their activity at the respective headquarters. The purchase offers relating to the aforementioned lots, which must reach the pec of the procedure lg9.2022cagliari@pecliquidazionigioniali.it, by 09.30.2023, must indicate and contain:
- name and surname (natural person), company name (legal person);
- telephone number;
- address/office;
- e-mail - pec;
- copy of the identification document of the interested party/legal representative;
- search for subjects registered in the business register.
METHOD AND PROCEDURE
The Curator will proceed, after acquiring the purchase offers received and having verified their correctness, to launch the tender for the competitive sale of the lots, based on the highest offer received. The publication of this notice and the receipt of purchase offers do not imply any obligation or commitment for the procedure towards the interested parties, nor do they give the right to receive services from the same in any capacity, including the payment of brokerage commissions and any consultancy fees.
