It should be noted that in the event of an award of the auction lots, the successful bidder will not have to proceed with the collection operations, but will be required to stipulate a rental contract for the property in which the lots for sale are located with the Judicial Administration, in order to maintain the production potential of the individual lines purchased. In this regard, the buyer is required to read the draft rental contract for the aforementioned property published on the relevant auction sheet, which will be used as a basis for defining the rental contract to be stipulated with the Procedure following the award.

Base Price: €924,924.00 (nine-hundred-twenty-four-thousand-nine-hundred-twenty-four/00 euros) given by €939,324.00 (appraisal value without disassembly) - €14,400.00 (value without disassembly goods sold individually);
