Lot which includes all the assets inside the "former maintenance" warehouse such as machinery, equipment and furnishings as per attached photos.

It should be noted that the award provides for the obligation to release and collect all the materials present in the aforementioned property, including waste of any type and nature.

It should also be noted that the goods identified in lots # 22 and # 39 of the auction (which are currently located inside the property) are not part of the lot.
