The walls are plastered and not painted, the fixtures are in metal-glass, in a mediocre state of conservation. The internal subdivision of the rooms, obtained by creating walls in cement blocks, is different from what is indicated in the cadastral plans.

The property identified to the Sub 12 is leased until 11/30/2020. It is noted that the contract has not been renewed and the tenant will have to proceed with the release.
