The lands that composed area are registered at Land Registry of City of Fermo at sheet 47:

Parcel 14-15-485-487-491-496-497-500 - Quality Arable/Arbored Arable - Class 3

The area consists of a single irregularly shaped body, located at the eastern edge of the Santa Petronilla locality.
From an altimetric point of view, the area is mostly flat in the upstream area (North) where the concentration of volumes is expected and instead presents a discrete slope on the remaining portion where the creation of service spaces to be used as public green areas is planned.

The area is currently almost entirely engaged in cereal crops by virtue of a regular agricultural contract, the expiry of which is annual, with tacit renewal unless written cancellation to be sent by registered letter a/r 45 days before expiry.
