The 30-meter berth is part of the Tourist Port of Rome. It is protected by two jetties that, starting from the ground, end with two semicircles that form the outpost: as soon as we pass the first 66 m wide entrance we find the fuel station on the left. The structure is spread over an area of about 22 hectares. The 16 jetties, all equipped with the necessary columns for the supply of water and electricity, of bollard rings and fenders for mooring. The marina is equipped with a system of forced exchange of port waters. Parking spaces and the garage are part of the same building complex. The mooring has an area of 288 square meters while the box of 20.52 square meters.

In the event that the sum of the winning bids received on lot no. 1 should exceed the offer received on lot n. 2, it will be at the discretion of the procedure bodies to decide to proceed with the award of lot n. 1 or lot n. 2.
