In any case, the Judicial Administrator reserves the right to give priority to the award over the offers received for the lots referred to in auction no. 21690, compared to the offers on auction lots no. 21691. Therefore, only in the absence of offers on the lots included in auction 21690, will the individual lots in auction 21691 be awarded.

It should be noted that the base price was quantified in consideration of the reuse of the production line elsewhere following dismantling.
