Photovoltaic Modules Production Line

Photovoltaic panel production line, distributed on four distinct rolling lines, of different production capacity, supplied upstream by three automatic stringing machines with a production capacity varying between 4 and 5 bushbars controlled by two "Kuka" robotic arms;

Downstream of the formal lamination process, "core 6" (3 places) and "core 4" (2 places), the line is also equipped with two framing machines, plus a station for the application of the rear junction box and a system verification / testing of the finished product.

 

The maximum production capacity when fully operational is around 2,400 cells per hour, or about 33 modules per hour.

This therefore translates, at the rate of 220 working days of production in three continuous shifts of eight hours, in a value that is around 52.2MW of annual production, or about 174,240 modules of 60 cells of about 5W / cell, with average unit power of photovoltaic module of 300W / module.
